Passion Pit are a relatively new group heralding from Cambridge, Mass. Formed in late 2007, the group consists of five members. In 2008 they were voted Best New Act in The Boston Phoenix‘s best new music poll. Not long after they signed to frenchkiss records.
The six song debut EP Chunk of Change was originally a valentines gift to the lead singers then-girlfriend. The band’s first full-length studio album, Manners, was released on May 18, 2009 in the UK and May 19, 2009 in the United States and Canada. The first single from this album is called ‘The Reeling’. peeeeeeep it (kind of like crystal castles/chromeo-ish??)
